Shipping policy
We offer shipping through USPS or UPS. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Holidays and weekends may add to this timeline.
Please refer to ground advantage or ground saver shipping times for your area.
Lost packages:
All packages include tracking.
Once a package is marked delivered by USPS or UPS, it is considered delivered by The Cozy Journal and the shipping companies. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages once delivered. The shipping companies will not accept claims from us after the package has reached the listed address. If your package is marked "delivered" but you do not have it, we recommend contacting your local post office or UPS store for assistance.
Packages which are lost or hung during the shipping process (i.e. not delivered) can be investigated. Please reach out to us if you see something unusual with shipping while in transit. We will investigate and may open a claim with the shipper if required.
The default insurance for USPS and UPS is usually between $50-$100. If you require a higher amount of insurance, please email admin@thecozyjournalonline.com before purchasing.
